PGWgallery is an independent glassblowing studio and gallery called Prism Glassworks was established in 2001 by owner and head glassblower Phil Sundling in the beautiful downtown Troy, New York area. Their objective is to foster the innovative development of the American glass industry and provide a welcoming setting in which glassblowers can express their craft. In 2011, PGWgallery relocated to their current Troy location in the Little Italy neighborhood, which is home to a tightly knit mix of families, students, and businesses. An industrial lathe, multiple kilns, a sandblasting booth, and other amenities not available at smaller studios can be found in their facilities.
