The National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) is Australia’s oldest and most visited art museum, founded in 1861. Located in Melbourne, the NGV houses its extensive collection across two magnificent buildings: NGV International on St Kilda Road and The Ian Potter Centre: NGV Australia at Federation Square. This new contemporary art gallery, designed by Angelo Candalepas and Associates, will become Australia’s largest contemporary art gallery, featuring 13,000 square meters of exhibition space and a diverse range of international and local contemporary art, design, and architecture.
