L2 Outside, founded in 2011, decided to become the nation's first inland Paddle rental and retail company by using the beautiful waters around Chattanooga, Tennessee. Certified scuba diver Seth (co-owner) has always wanted to push the limits of water exploration. Growing up in GA, he always wanted to be outside and enjoy nature. Seck and his co-owner's brother dirk were first lured in Chattanooga in 2007 to glide on the side of Lookout MT.
