Entripy story began in 1999 when its founder, Jas Brar, was a student at the university of Toronto. When a group of students went looking for custom t-shirts for campus events and organizations, Jas found a gap in the market between quality custom clothing and quality customer service. As an entrepreneur, Jas began to wholesale t-shirts, decorating them through third parties and selling them to fellow students. But relying on third-party decorations means Jas is struggling to meet short deadlines. To meet customer orders more quickly, Jas purchased a manual printing press and began screwing custom garments in his parents' basement in oakville, Ontario. He eventually evolved from the basement, using new software and machines for embroidery, digital printing and screen printing. Today, Entripy has a state-of-the-art 50,000-square-foot factory in oakville, Ontario.
