Ali Rukzada, who fell in love with food and cooking as a child, worked in a family restaurant for a long time. Lukada was born in Mumbai, India, and grew up there. As a teenager, he learned to cook with his mother and grandmother, an experience that inspired his lifelong passion for cooking. Inspired by early life in New York, Ali Lockerzada wanted to create another classic butcher's knife roll to withstand the lifestyle of modern city chefs. In 2010, Ali made the first 17 pockets of leather knife bags. After that, he returned to the kitchen of the Buddha's restaurant in New York, and tested the bag.
